Ricky is a seasoned international banker with expertise in the international markets. He is a licensed stockbroker, an international investment banker, a sales trader, a dealer, a salesman and a trader of Philippine equities and securities.
Prior to BGC Capital Partners, he was in the forefront as a pioneering partner who established offices in Manila of Stock Brokerage Houses of multinational industry giants such as Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Bank, SBC Warburg Dillon Read, UBS and Daiwa Securities
David Huang
A business virtuoso who has been doing business in the Philippines for 27 years and has been mainly engaged in international trade projects and participated in several project investment businesses and investment consulting services in the Philippines.
Some of his accolades are: “International Nobel Prize for Outstanding Inventors” awarded by The Republic of China Outstanding Inventors Association, “Gold Award for Invention and Entrepreneurship” which he won at The 23rd National Invention Exhibition, Belt and Road and BRICS Skills Development and Technology Innovation Competition that was organized by the China Invention Association, “Silver Medal Award” by Taiwan 2019 International Innovation and Invention Competition. He also won the first international ranking in 2021, the 73rd Nuremberg International Invention Exhibition (IENA), and Taiwan 2021 International Innovation and Invention Competition “Gold Medal Award”.
David Huang had served as Special Advisor to the Managing Director of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, and is currently a Provincial Advisor to the province of Bohol.
Presently, he is engaged in real estate investment and development projects, tourism industry and tourism-related businesses in Bohol before the COVID-19 happened. Since March 2019 has been returned to Taiwan because of pandemic period time and able to return back to the Philippines on March of 2022.

Mr Lazaro is a British Citizen . He is a chartered manager and a senior member of Chartered Management Institute in the United Kingdom. With more than 25 years of combined Sales and Marketing and Professional Management experience in the Real estate sector, Hospitality Healthcare and Retail industry across UK, Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East.
Among his many other accomplishments, he was also instrumental to the establishment of the company operations of Century Properties Group in the UK, Europe and Scandinavia, securing its market position in the International audience for the branded development projects like Trump Tower Philippines, Milano Residences by Versace Home to name a few from 2008 to present. He is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of EML Global Marketing Group, a consulting firm based in the UK.
Mr Lazaro studied International Business Management in University of London and currently doing his MBA with specialization in Entrepreneurial Finance and Innovation. He is also taking up an Investment Management Program ( IMC) under CFA Society UK and Capital Market and Securities Analyst program (CMSA) with CFI.
Michael Lodge
Michael’s experience as a Director of a Private Equity company based in New Zealand with a client base throughout South East Asia region. His focus was to improve corporate structures and turn around, and to take companies public.
Before his Private Equity experience, Michael worked in financial services for Bankers Trust, New Zealand, Deutsche Bank, the Principal Financial Group. The experience covered capital raising, asset management, sales, and marketing.
Before moving to Manila, Michael was based in Dubai where he was the CEO of a nutraceutical company overseeing a global sales team. He also was the CEO of a leading Swiss Biological Medicine Clinic based in St. Gallen, Switzerland Michael holds a double degree in Law from Victoria University and Wellington, New Zealand.
Alec Powell
Highly experienced investment banker and has an extensive sector expertise encompassing export and import trade and international finance.
Highly knowledgeable and experienced in asset and fund management in the Manila since the early 1990s.
Alec is also a linguist, fluent in English, Russian, German, and Swedish languages.
Robert O'Toole
A former Senior Executive and Director of Bank of Nova Scotia. Former partner at MacAulay, Lipson Chisud and Friedman that specialized in providing legal services for some of the largest real estate projects in Canada. He was also a former partner at Owens Wright that focused on corporate securities and general corporate issues.
His main interest covered working with small private companies that raised funds from the public including companies that wished to have their shares listed on a stock exchange in Canada. MBA/Lawyer graduated from University of Victoria, Victoria British Columbia (Law Degree “LLB”).
Ariel Victoria
Ariel has more than 27 years of experience in finance, with almost 20 years as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO). As CFO of Manila North Harbour Port, Inc., the largest domestic port in the country, he has led the initial 60M USD funding for its Phase 1 Development Program and the subsequent 100M USD to complete the project.
He has also served as CFO of Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. (GSMI), the liquor division arm of San Miguel Corporation, and one of the largest liquor companies in the country. During his stint in GSMI, he has led various mergers and acquisitions (eg. Wilkin’s Distilled Water, Eight O-Clock Powdered Juice), and various funding initiatives of the company for its expansion and joint ventures.
Ariel spent the first five years of his career in the premier auditing firm of the country Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (Ernst & Young) handling large clients such as Zuellig Pharma Corporation, Ginebra San Miguel, and Kawasaki Motors Philippines.
Ariel finished his bachelors degree in Accounting in Colegio De San Juan de Letran and completed the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management. He also attended an Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bea Camilla margaret Siy
A nifty and righteous woman, who has a thorough experience in marketing and customer service in the banking industry. Her experience in the largest bank in the Philippines, Banco De Oro (BDO), servicing high-net worth individuals, served as an edge to have a more contextualized know-how of the trade.
As the Corporate Secretary, her focus is to ensure the integrity and the efficiency of stewardship within the company. She is considered as the Eyes, Ears, and Hands of BGC Capital Partners, responsible to ascertain and implement the decisions made by the Executive Team.
Marla Judit
Marla is a forthright woman who holds a double degree in Business Administration major in Accounting. Her short stint in Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in the Financial Accounting Department gave her a broad spectrum as an analyst.
As a Business Development Officer, her priority is to be well-informed on how companies’ function and to enable companies reach their potential by helping them meet their goals, capitalize on the opportunities, or to distinguish, address and overcome challenges holistically gearing towards profitability.
Chauncy Valdez
With a dedicated work ethic and sense of duty to his community, Chauncy brings a calming yet focused demeanor to any task assigned to him. Having taken his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, he is well versed in several research methods and an excellent writer on topics related to the field.
As the Business Development Officer he is working with the Executive Team and handle all scopes related to Business Development such as, but not limited to, feasibility studies, coordination with all stakeholders, and project managers, permitting, compliance to regulations, and the like.
